Sprin summer menu consists of;
antipasto misto od soft boiled egg, salted anchovy, casteluccio lentils, marinated peppers with buffalo mozzarella and bruschetta
panfried scallops with peas, pancetta and lemon oil
crab mayonnaise with shaved fennel, chilli and lemon
smoked mackeral and watercress fish cakes with aioli
grilled king prawn bruschetta with avocado and tomoato salsa
seared foie gras, frisee salad and cumberland sauce

rare roast beef, mushroom and potao gallette and salsa crudo
