Your order status
If you would like to know the status of your order, all you need to do is log in and check your order code. Your order will have one of the codes below.
Pending
Payment has not yet been received for the order. Unless a transaction is being authorised, the stock for the order has not been reserved at this stage. There may be a problem with the details supplied for the order and it may require manual processing.
Awaiting stock
The order has been paid for but there was not sufficient stock to fulfil the order. The stock that was available has been reserved.
Ordered
The order has been paid for and the stock has been reserved.
Processing
The order is in the process of being packed.
Dispatched
The order has been fully packed and is being delivered.
Completed
The order has been delivered.
Cancelled
An order for which payment has not been received has been cancelled.
Refunded
The payment taken for an order has been refunded to the your account and the order has been cancelled. The stock reserved for the order has been released and can be purchased by other customers.
