Refunds

Once a good is ordered then it cannot be returned unless faulty.

If a good is faulty at the time of receiving the good then contact us within 30 days either on info@poshcow.co.uk or call our offices on 0845 230 68 66 and we will be happy to arrange a replacement plus delivery free of charge. If we require and therefore advise you that the goods need to be returned then we will cover the cost of the returns post also.
