My goods are faulty what should I do?
Firstly please accept our sincerest apologies. Poshcow wants you to be happy with any purchase so if the goods are faulty please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund, on receipt of the faulty goods.
Can I arrange a specific delivery?
Of course – we aim to please so if you would like something a bit out of the ordinary, just give either Naomi or Jules a call on 0845 230 68 66 and we will see what we can do.
How do I place an order?
It’s a simple two step process – just pick what size box you would like, and then choose what you would like to go in it. All you then need to do is pay! Either by clicking checkout or if you like we can take your order by phone on 0845 230 68 66
How is my order delivered?
You can either choose to have your delivery delivered by Royal Mail (£3.95 to deliver in 3-5 working days) or by express delivery (if your order is recieved by 12pm then it will arrive between 9.30-5.30 the next working day)
What can I do if some of the items are not in stock?
Just email us at info@poshcow.co.uk and we will let you know when the item will be in stock
