This long brown box is filled with 14-20 mixed Fresh Truffles (about 125g). Made with rare cocoa beans (no preservatives or Vegetable fat) and dusted in cocoa powder, simple and beautiful. Contains:

• House truffles – Light 70% truffle made mostly with criollo cocoa beans with a good balance of bitterness and acidity.
• Champagne truffles – Milk chocolate with real Champagne – not marc de champagne – high in aromas of fine champagne and chocolate and low in alcohol and sugar
• Liquid salted caramel truffles – The Best Seller! Runny caramel with a hint of salt to cut sweetness enclosed in dark shell.
